This shot was taken in Vercheny (Drôme, France)last year in autumn. We were walking while a deer hunt was going on. I have to say I was not that confident. Vercheny is the capital of "la clairette", a white wine with bubbles and sugar.

Love the composition here Bruno. The eyes naturally follow the road deep into the picture.

I like all the lines Bruno. Muted colors against the stark mountains and pastel sky makes for a good shot.

Such nice lines everywhere, drawing our eyes across the scene. The main diagonal creates a pretty color split of distant blue mountains and multi-colored landscape. Excellent.

This is one of the things I love about France. For the aborigines in Australia the landscape is all about their ancestors and history. For the French the landscape is all about food and wine. This is one of my favourite shots of yours for a while Bruno, I think it's in the composition. The slash of the road balanced by the two little trees, all leading into the gorge and huge mountains, make for a very satisfying image.
