I have seen this view for years now: after a 1 hour walk from Espenel village (Drome, France) you can see Vercheny, the original land of the Clairette (a soft white wine with bubbles). This shot was taken in Spring 2008. Thanks for any comment or advice.

A great shot of a beautiful country! You sure get to hike in so many fantastic places. Keep hiking, and taking photos of what you see, so we can see them also. Thanks that you can do both ... our reward.

It's a nice wide angle Bruno. Actually it looks like a big bowl, perhaps waiting to be filled with Clairette. I hope you walked up here to earn this great shot!

Would take me at least 2 or 3 hours to make that walk, with all the stopping and staring I would have to do. Such a beautiful view. You can see into the clouds. Nice!

Wonderful panorama ! you are in luck to see this view for years on end, and seeing it change with the seisons. I only get to see mountains for 2 weeks per year during a holliday ! Thanks for the posting !
