When I saw this sunset last night I dashed outside like one demented leaving my dinner on the table :) Of the 6 or so shots I took before I succumbed to hunger I liked this the best because of the ray effect. The camera was on automatic and it has not been enhanced.

Hello Eve....Yes .....this is a beautiful capture of a sunset....There are many more daytime pictures around, making this night time one a rarity There's something inherently beautiful about this picture...The dramatic sky...the rays bursting through the clouds and the silhouette....you should be really proud of this one...Top marks....All the best...Mick.

This was certainly worth postponing dinner--that's what the microwave is for. You did a fabulous job capturing this dramatic sunset and the nice framing enhances it even more.
