These blooms are on a single stem. I placed it on a dark green chair today while I filled a vase with water and - suddenly - I felt a photo coming on - I think it is called the Caedes syndrome:) So here it is - shot on automatic and no adjustments made except resizing.

Now i really like this image Eve, the black background shows of the yellow flowers just right. they jump right out at you. If i ever come across it in the voting booth it will get a 10 from me. Peace and happiness in all ways to you and yours. Dwight.

Hello Lyn....Flower photography looks like one of the simplest forms of photography but for me it can quickly become one of the most difficult.....I like the way you have used the dark background to enhance the colour and shape of your flowers...Well done....All the best....Mick.
