Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to repose. Trust me on this one, I live there ............The Lion...................... MY GALLERY - The Magical Mystery Tour
Fabulous rose image, fabulous rose, fabulous framing! I am always amazed that the buds are a different color than the blossom. You've got a great garden there, Lyn. It looks like you live in a paradise in NZ.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

I've often wondered what your garden would look like in a total wide angle shot ... perhaps that's not practical. I only wonder because you post so many lovely images of the flowers in your garden. Everyone a delight to the eye whether framed or not. One can sense the love you have for these beautiful blossoms in the painstaking way you capture and present them Eve. Don't stop dear woman ... you'll break my heart. :o)
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

I love this shot with a little bit of a different angle than the usual and the way you have included the buds. Outstanding framing and presentation as well, Eve. But of course you always make it look easy.
au contraire, Randy. I love the background and the frame both, as and Cindy said earlier, it's amazing how the buds present in color so differently from what they emerge full blossom as. I also have to agree with JoAnne that the addition of the buds adds to this type of angle. Can you tell I love it, Lyn?
