True, the lighting is great. The flower is so beautiful. Around here, the Rose of Sharon are a purplish blue. How do you get that darkened halo at the edges? Is that a PSP effect? I like the way it emphasizes the subject.

Lovely. To elaborate on what Cindy said what we call Rose of Sharon around here is Hibiscus syriacus which is a totally different species from Hypericum calycinum ordinarily called St. John's Wort in these parts.
