I now realise I have already posted the SUNSET I intended to end this series with so will leave you with this one instead. Sometimes we fail to see what is right on our doorstep. Thank you for sharing this Sunday drive with me and making me see through fresh eyes that which I sometimes take for granted.:)

Wow girl!! How do you keep pulling these awesome shots out on us? Very dramatic, and the colors are gorgeous. I like the way you caught the low flying birds. =)

Oh, I am intrigued by that interesting mound on the right. It seems that my eyes are drawn there first because of the wonderful lighting. The birds are a wonderful addition too. Many folks are aware of what a beautiful place New Zealand is and that is partly attributable to knowing you and viewing your images. I am grateful for this privilege to see a place I may never experience directly, but have never the less experienced through your eyes, Eve. Thank you.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Yes, we do indeed take our surroundings for granted indeed. Only by some replies you get the impression that it is not.
The same goes here, it was a lovely series and i have enjoyed them piece by piece.
Since New Zealand is as far as you can go from here, i am not able to see it myself so easaly, and therefore i like your postings a lot.
