Oh gosh! I hope this doesn't mean we're in for an early fall! lol Wow, that really is quite a macro shot, Eve. The colors are sensational too. Nice angle as well. It really grabs you when you first have a look.

I've never seen a crocus quite as stunning as this one and the stamen is really outstanding. LOL I still have one crocus pic to put up from our spring!! Not that it would hold a candle to this one..maybe I'll wait a bit longer...You certainly seem to have mild winters down there :)
