I do not know the name of this flower. This is the first time I have managed to get a blurry background by doing the fiddly things with the camera knobs. Pity I can not remember what I did lol. . . Panasonic DMC-FZ7..Comments welcome :)

Well, whatever you did, it came out just superbly! Did you call this Punch because the flower resembles a punch bowl? lol The color is fantastic. Just fiddle some more, Eve. It'll come back to you. I don't know this flowers name.

LOL, just keep on doing those fiddly things with the camera, Lyn, whatever you're doing, it's coming out wonderful! (I can really relate...) The clarity and DOF are excellent, and that purple-pink is so deep and rich. A winner.
