Another great post of this spot. Where is everyone? I like the foreground with water and beach and amount of sky you allowed to be in this post. Great composition.

Sure, I'll be there! Really nice of someone to put a picnic table there! What a view and i bet it smelled good, the fresh spring air and all.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Lyn, don't believe that Bob is that serious by saying: "You bring the music and blankets eh!...Then we can laze about staring at this beauty of a scene!" I agree that this scene is beautiful indeed, but when the six pack is empty, think my friend Owd Bob will use the blankets only to take a serious nap instead of being somewhat lazy and staring at this beauty of a scene (lol). Wonderful image! Regards, Cornelius

Carpe Diem 3 and 4 - another pair of beautiful shots, Lyn. I wonder if you might also try some closer shots if it's possible to get nearer? The sinuous bands of shingle in 3 looks full of interesting possibilities, and the green bars in the bank in 4 also look worthy of further investigation.
What a great place to have a picnic!
