I don't know what flower this is ( I saw the bud) but it looks lovely. Very strong red colour and the core so artistic! Very nice indeed, Lyn.

Wow, it doesn't take long to open up fully and this one opened to perfection! Thanks, Eve, for filling my request. :) I am happy to see it and thank you for remembering. The red ones are my favorites too.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

I had my doubts too Lyn. My first impression was that it was an anemone, so it turned out that I was wrong (again, ask Cynlee). Wonderful image with stunning colours. Regards, Cornelius

A super sweet offering for a freind!! A wee punched in the reds and the crop or lack of total petals leaves it kinda so-so. DOF could use some work too. I'm on a roll, ain't I...sorry baby, I know you want the truth!!

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round?? Picture Purrrfect .
