What an eye catching image. That blood red border really sets it off. It’s fabulous.

There are three colours, Ten digits and seven notes, its what we do with them that’s important. Ruth Ross

They do resemble bells and their colors are very festive. I really like the border and especially like the tree trunk. Framing great as usual. Very nice Lyn. Today's Halloween, so it's time to get in Christmas Spirit. Whoops, almost forgot Thanksgiving.

Don't remind me..I just got over serving 100 +/- trick or treaters, and we still have Thanksgiving to go through. But the flowers are lovely and I can think NZ summer as I look at them.

Gorgeous. Great composition and beautiful colours. I wish the first flowers were a little sharper, though. Lovely shot.

I thought you might be getting a jump on Christmas! Some really pretty flowers on this unique Rhododendron. Your framing is one I always like to see and the color is perfect.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Jingle Bells- yep, that's what they are. I like this. The "bells" reach out and grab attention.

I love the blooms but I have to say I don't much care for the colour of the frame. I feel it focuses on the frame much more than the beautiful flowers.I feel the black border would have given it the elegance the flowers deserve, or maybe no frame at all. I adore the flowers...the colours are magnificient. Verena
