Well my Dear Lady, when your not beginning my day with a lovely flower image ... you knock my socks off with vistas of your marvelous countryside like this one. I don't know why, but I just never imagined New Zealand being quite so vast and/or quite so beautiful. But your postings have given me a whole new appreciation for your part of the world. Many thanks for sharing the beauty with all of us here at Caedes. Unlike Bob above I have no fear of heights ... so long as I'm sitting on a sofa and clicking a mouse to see your wonderful view.

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.
A view from up above so lovely with that vast plain, the mountains at the back the sea and the blue sky! Somehow I missed Christchurch during my visits and so thanks for showing me this view.

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round?? Picture Purrrfect .
I sure hope it's extinct. If it ever comes back to life it will sure gobble up a lot of humanity. Beautiful view.

My Gallery
Just got this in the VB Lyn and had to stop to comment. High marks from me, this is a type of photography that I've yet to master. Composition is superb, I wonder how long it took you to come up with this? The way the clouds and the foreground converge to one point is just so good.
