Ladybird, ladybird fly away home, Your house is on fire and your children are gone, All except one, And her name is Ann, And she hid under the baking pan. - Old English verse (1774) . . . . A little something for Friday and a thank you to all the kind people who have viewed my pictures and commented on them recently. I hope to be back again commenting etc very soon. I have had a busy time at work. Taken with Panasonic DMC-FZ7 in the summertime.

Another fine photo Lyn. I didn't realize Lyndon Johnsons' Ladybird was that famous or that old.

Colors are superb.

Both composition and presentation are wonderful Lyn. Can't see any plant-lous, so think the ladybird will be disappointed, lol.

I know what you mean about the comments LE, I've found it impossible to keep up over the last ten days. Nice ladybird here and the frame is great too.

Ladybirds are the gardener's friend. You can now buy them by post so they can live in your garden and kill the aphids on your roses. A beautiful shot, Lyn.
