Ask your Congressmen and Senators why our existing wells aren't pumping more than 3 days a month? There a lot of unused capacity in existing wells.

Just one of the best gull shots I've seen. I'm not well-disposed to these guys as you know, having been 'mugged' by one for a sandwich last week, but this one looks like butter wouldn't melt in its mouth. A lovely soft and detailed shot.
