Spring gorse brightens the Otago (NZ) countryside. This was taken from a moving car (Panasonic DMC-FZ7)so the quality is not good but I liked the composition. It is from last Spring. This year's Spring passes me by as I await the return of my muse - it seems to have gone awol. If you see it anywhere please send it back :) I know it's out there somewhere.

I'll look out for your muse LE. Does it respond to a particular name or a whistle? Looks like you're doing ok without it to me though, this one's very sweet.

Perhaps your muse and my muse ran off together! lol It is indeed a scene worth capturing with it's wonderful topography and colors. I expect that you weren't the driver?

I can tell that your photos are going to keep my spirits up as we enter the Fall and Winter times here. Very nicely done Lyn. The depth and colors in this shot are right on the money. Well done.

Have you tried leaving a saucer of milk and some cat-food outside? I don't know what Muses eat, but they must eat something! lol Hope you find it soon, keep looking!

I found it at a a muse ment park. It was having fun so I didn't bother it. I told it you were wanting it to return home. It seemed to find that very a musing. Great post and I love the golden hues. You sound like a prospector with your them thar hills jargon.

Good post and good colors Lyn.

I am curious as to how much better this would have been had you stopped. There is not much I see. Wish I could shoot from the hip this well.

This is a very lovely capture of a beautiful landscape. Perhaps your muse is off cavorting with mine, it has been on vacation for awhile, so I know what you mean, lol. Hopefully they will return soon!
