No need for gilding this fine white lily. I used to have a Madonna, but she was hard to keep because you had to plant her just below the surface of the soil and I think the squirrels kidnapped her. I don't remember that she had a purple under petal, but they may have cross bred this lily with another since that time. Regardless, I think her one of the most beautiful lilies of all time. Your placement is perfect and the colors really stand out and compliment her. She is just so lovely to look at.
