very nice. it's a pleasure to see a black and white photo like this. i used to enjoy BW so much. working in the darkroom was so much fun.............all that magic right before ones eyes. the reflection is perfect.

Agree with Jen. There's a great difference between the one and the other B&W image. This is an example how B&W images should be. A pleasure to the eyes Lyn. Great post!

The scene is crisp and clear much like the air that day I would suspect. I agree that winter lends itself more to B/W. Reflections are really stunning.

Saved and faved. And looking great on my desktop. I love the different textures of all the various tree branches framing nicely around the water. And the gorgeous reflection. Black and white was a good choice for this shot. And the framing gives it an old fashioned feel.
