Best I could do in the absence of a red rose :)
No daisies were harmed in the making of this image.I cut it off an indoor house plant and brought it inside and placed it in water after its adventure in the snow. Canon 450D. Thank you for viewing Comments always appreciated.

Yeah, so there was no harm done to the flower; but you didn't say anything about the "Graupel". While the "SoPreCruGaFlo" is appreciative that the daisy was unharmed the "SoPreCruGraup" has been advised of a possible indiscretion and is currently conducting an exhaustive investigation. NZ has many daisies but Grauple is listed as being on the endangered species list.
On a separate and completely unrelated matter, the contrast between the "snow" and the daisy makes this a killer presentation. Excellent colors and DoF. I typically like anything that I can think of as different. This is about the differentest shot I've seen is days. 9.271 out of 10.
