A manipulation of THIS image done in PSP.
Photo is the Art Gallery in Christchurch, New Zealand, which served as Civil Defence headquarters in the weeks after the September 2010 and February 2011 quakes. It is suffered no structural damage but is now not sitting level and is closed while a $36.7 million project to earthquake-proof it takes place. The whole building is being lifted and reinforced to protect it from further ground shaking.

Ingredients : 2 biscuits, one flower and a building with a glass front - just kidding Lyn. The image looks much more attractive than the original.

A superb manipulation, and a good narrative on the building.
