The flags were fluttering for the local Victorian Heritage celebrations in the town of Oamaru, Otago, NZ at the weekend.I thought these angles made an interesting composition and the different architecture added some interest.

I had to look up the definition of parallelogram, but I agree with Bob..you're angle on this old building covers interesting lines and arches. Nice work!

I like to agree to a certain extent with Raj about the washed out sky, but on the other hand I like to say that one must accept the weather conditions as they are. Very interesting composition though, Lyn.

Didn't know whether I'd see a little bird or little flags! This is a clever and well spotted shot. I like the angles, the slightly washed-out colours and I like the grey clouds (I thought it was almost your summer!).
