This was taken on Sunday a couple of hours after the shoreline ones already posted. Shortly after this the storm broke and is still going strong now (Wednesday) Very unseasonable, it's supposed to be early Autumn, not mid winter ! It is bitterly cold, heavy rain and winds up to 160kph which have taken down trees.
This is two photos stitched together with Microsoft ICE, my favourite panorama stitching programme.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
Your perfect stitch has resulted in a wonderful panorama with a dramatic sky. With respect to the weather, I think this year we've already seen some strange situations. An early Fall in New Zealand, a severe winter in parts of the USA and Canada, and an early spring in my country (the daffodils were already blooming here in February).

Those clouds are ominous and this definitely has a "change of seasons" look to the sky - nicely captured. Sorry about your weather apparently we're all in for it this year.

Stunning panorama Lyn, what a sky! Storms like you've described are so scary and can cause so much damage as North West England did a few weeks ago.
