Along a stretch of the rocky shore of Lake Tekapo, thousands of rock stacks have been built by visitors. Here is a small selection :)

The hills in the background likely have a lot more snow now 3 days later as we have had a wintery blast since then with snow to low levels. Rain has done the most damage with roads closed, crops ruined and people evacuated from their homes in Canterbury and Otago

Unusual and interesting capture Lyn. Some of those rocks must have been quite heavy. The lake and hills look lovly too.
