Sunset over Lake Pukaki with Mt Cook in the centre distance. This seemed like a good enough spot to stop on our way home from Tekapo and enjoy a thermos of coffee. The timing was by chance but others had gathered in the same place - most of them with cameras. I am not very clever with difficult light situations and this is not the best of photos but perhaps conveys the atmosphere.
