Lyn, I once was told that in the English speaking countries these sun rays are called 'Jesus rays'. I don't know whether this is true or not. What I know for sure however is that you've provided us with a splendid image. Kudos!

I am crazy for the views of "the sun shafts pushing through the clouds" as Kathy commented. Keep personally a large stock of me own pics with somewhat similar views but this "somewhat" makes a helluva difference for that matter !!:) Excuse my French that I use only when emotionally disturbed...:)
