This is several years old and I thought I had posted it way back but I have searched and can't find it so thought would upload it today.
I rarely print my photos but I like this scene and had an A1 canvas made from it. It lives in our lounge so we can see my favourite scene every day.
I did a lot of work on the original that I had printed but I have lost the edited one - that is why I was searching for it here. I finally located the original on my old computer but can not seem to get it as good as before. I have cropped the top of the sky off for this version.
Anyway, I thought you might like it :) It was just taken from the side of the road. Canon 450D on auto

It is a very lovely scene with that emerald coloured lake and the snow covered mountains Lyn. I can imagine how nice it will look on the wall.

Beautiful image. Is this Lake Pukaki? A stunning view with the water in the foreground, trees and grass area in the middle with the gorgeous mountains in the background. I love it.

I was lazily ambling through the Galleries when I happened upon this and very much glad that I did so.
Absolutely lovely photo with amazing colours and composition.
A bit jealous now and come next winter, I'll have to make an effort to get up to North Wales. Then again, being North Wales, I might end up taking photo's of driving rain...
