A bit further along yesterday's country road. It was mentioned how green the trees are considering it is only early Spring here. They are Eucalyptus trees. They do lose their leaves but not all at the same time. They just drop what they don't need after they have lasted about a year, or if their is drought,and replace them so they are in effect, evergreen. They also shed bark from their trunks.

What a pleasant day. I bet the Koalas and kangaroos love the quiet there as they feast on the Eucalyptus leafs.
