Lyn, ANZAC Day not only commemorates the day of the landing of the Anzacs during the Gallipoli Campaign in the First World War, but Anzac Day in Australia and New Zealand is the annual official day of remembrance for all residents who participated in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping missions.
In these hectic days full of war violence, it's good to realize that our freedom did not fall from the sky. Countless people have paid the highest price for this, namely their lives.
