i like the lighting and shadows too, its an atmospheric shot. shame its small, it also doesnt seem 100% sharp, but i cant decide if thats my eyes or not. welcome to caedes too.

You have done a real fine job with the lighting, leaving the face as the evident focal point. Perhaps the airbrush work has softened the image, which might well have been your intent. However, I think the soft edges and slight blur add to the portrait. As others noted, the smaller size negates viewing this full screen. I look forward to more of your posts - first year graphic design means at least three more years to enjoy your work!
