Today we were in Amsterdam, and we visited Artis, which is the Zoo there. In 2006 they opened a butterfly garden, so of course we checked it out.
Gorgeous butterflies were there, some even came to sit on my hand !
This is one of the many shots i took there

I think this is a shot of very high quality! I can say that, since I have - till now - no shot of a butterfly, that is not out of focus. Yours is perfect clear and sharp and I like how you made the background a bit blurry, to allow me to focus on the beautyful guy. Great, great work!

What a beautifull image you have posted for us today. I am glad that someone else in my friendsgroup is starting to post butterflies as well now :-) as you said, it is just one of the many shots you took, so i hope you will post more from your visit of the Amsterdam Zoo. For this photo, a 10/10 is realy deserved, wonderful shot.

Tim's right... now that I think about it, you go to the zoo a lot lol! Good for you ^^ especially when you bring back photos like this one ;) I have yet to take photos of butterflies, but I'm not sure I'm well equipped for that kind of shot... Anyway, I'm glad you and many others are, it would be a shame to never capture these beautiful insects on photo!
