Amazing how it centers on that one tree...Interesting. Clear focal point and crisp image. Nicely captured, but artistically, I don't see much significant about this photo.

This has the potential of being a real good image Thomas. The first thing you need to do is lose the foreground. I don't know what program you use to edit your photos but I'm pretty sure it has the capability of cropping. What appears to be a dirt parking lot, actually damages the impact of this otherwise beautiful image.
Next I would suggest using a polarizing filter. It will help turn the sky a darker blue, giving it more punch.
You show that you have a good eye for the dramatic and just need remember that if any element doesn't add to the images impact, try as best you can to eliminate it.
