This image (the surface of a mirrored sphere) comes from a 90 seater planetarium in Bristol, UK. Part of the Explore@Bristol education complex. The sphere reflects on an area of space and some water features. By standing very close and strategically in line with the border of two panels, I concealed the image of myself taking the photo and also shifted the horizon to capture a combination of sky and ground.

i think you have a very interesting subject here. i don't see the water that you mentioned, but the image is so complicated that i don't know what i am looking at. great attempt at explaining it but i don't know....i just don't know.

I looked at the image before I read your description and thought that's very clever how you managed to hide yourself from the reflection. Had I not seen this in real life I really wouldn't know what I was looking at because there's no outline shape. Very cleverly done Rich;)
