nicely done. aside from the excellent detail here, I like the complementary curves of the flower pot in the background.

Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.
The innocent flower is protected by an arsenal of thorns... I like the curving lines of the flower pot, and the deep rust color complements the color of the prickly plant. It does sort of remind me of the time I fell off the front porch right into a large rose bush... ;-))
