Here I mix several techniques. The frozen one, the foofy one and some filters in PS for the light on each star. Hope you like it. Thanks to all who view and comment. I really do appreciate it.

Very pretty - you've done a good job on this. I like the fact that you haven't overdone the background stars as I'm always tempted to do. The flower is really most unusual and has a beautifully gentle, soft texture.
