Getting closer can be an option on occasion but with this shot the most important problem to correct is vertical convergence.
It is always there when you tilt your camera at a vertical subject. Some editors have a Perspective control to correct this and when you know you'll have to correct the perspective, always include more within your frame than you normally would in good composition. When correcting perspective there are always portions cropped off, and you have to allow for that.
In this case you already have more than enough in the frame to allow for that.
Cropping up from the bottom to just show the tops/windows of the secondary cars (crop out the immediate foreground cars) slides you nicely into the main subject acting as lead-in lines.
A touch of Contrast and Brightness will add more emphasis to the structure without adversely affecting anything else.
On that note, and towards the ends of showing off this particular structure somewhat better ... a suggestion.
Get closer. Get closer to eliminate the distracting elements within frame.
Just a thought, and of course ... my humble opinion.
I share your fascination with architecture. And the building you captured here has some interesting elements.
