This portrait was originally posted in 2009 when said Tequila was alive and kicking - the only one cat in the world who had my Boris respect. She showed him who the boss was in the backyard ! Poor sweetie passed away in February. Boris still keeps on inspecting one bush where Tequila used to wait for him around 2:00 am. SAM & SAAB

To a certain extent a touching narrative SAM. If SAAB could explain his feelings about his ´companion in crime´, perhaps our eyes were filled with tears.

This is such a nice one SAM,will be faved by me. Tequila, sure had a beautiful face. Sorry to hear she passed, and Boris lost his one feline friend. This would be a nice one to share with his owners, if you know who they were. SAS =^..^=

It's a lovely shot, Marzena. She doesn't look very old, and cats have a fairly long life. Big dogs do seem to miss their friends, regardless of what they are.

What a beautiful cat...and your portrait shows that strong, determined personality. Of course you miss her! I have a black-and-brindle cat with an "I'm the Boss" personality. He is difficult to live with but not easy to forget.

The thing that goes the farthest, towards making life worthwhile, it costs the least and does the most, is just a pleasant smile.
With a name like Tequila you know she had to have some spunk...so sorry to hear she passed away but she'll be remembered by us and apparently Boris too...great capture.

Pets like this one never leave us. They are always and forever in our hearts and memories. I have a little one who passed a year and a half ago and she still makes me smile.
