Just slightly nostalgic. A bit of July afternoon's sunshine. SAM & SAAB Been cropping and cropping this pic until this much was left of a huge one, like pano. LOL

Marzena - The shallow depth of field focuses the eye on the foreground grass. The green stem diagonal locks us in on the one that is sharply focused. Nice post-photo editing. Thad

SAM, if you could hear my coughing, you may think that your cropped, but very fine, image even in the wintertime has caused hay fever to me, lol.
In spite of hay fever, this image does me desire for the summertime.

I said this to someone else recently but it bears repeating, thank you for reminding me that there is another warm comfortable season to look forward to after what I have been subjected to lately, lol...I love this kind of grass and your capture is a good closeup, well detailed, and most welcome.

Sometimes selective cropping can bring out a whole new capture from what we first imagined. This is very well done. I already miss the warm weather as well.

Well it does take some time to harvest a grain field and to bring the crop in. What did you expect, one swathe of the scythe and you'd be done? :-)
