The same as shown in my former post. Not only the leaves are dark red but also the "noses" [this is how we call them in Polish:)]. Shot taken this afternoon facing the blinding light of nearly setting sun. Boris was resting while I was running around the tree that he circled five times on the way in the opposite direction two hours earlier :) SAM & SAAB

Well Agent...I get the feeling you were on a mission and had to hide under that tree for a while, and just decided to take a picture to share with all the other agents. I hope your mission was accomplished without too much trouble from enemy spies. Agent SAAB was probably a worth partner on this day, right? Good job in the field you two...and good job with the Lumix, too!

Well SAM & SAAB, hope your got home safe and sound after that mission hiding in the trees. Really like the angle in this does look like you are hiding in the trees. Really like those seeds, which I call whirly birds, lol, silly me & hugs SABK

A very cool capture Marzena - the color is wonderful and the underside of the leaves gives your image an artistic quality taking on different shapes and forms. The thin branches wind nicely throughout the frame as well. Nice work - well done!!! I'm happy to know that Boris circled the tree rather than bark up the wrong tree lol :-):-):-):-)

Boris knows that he had watered that tree before and was curious about what you were going to do. Against the sun this is a difficult shot but you have done well SAM.

SAM, this is a perfect natural camouflage for a secret mission of both you and your CIC (Companion In Crime) SAAB.

It didn't amazed me that SAAB had circled the tree five times: it can be read in chapter 5, paragraph 11, sub a, of the secret guidelines (handbook) for assistants of Secret Agents (in brief called MFSAA with stands for Manual For Secret Agent Assistants).
The goal is to confuse an opponent by misleading and circling countermeasure actions. He's has done a perfect job! An extra bone for him!

BTW, very nice photograph! Well done!

I really like that one leave that appears to have wings, and the lighting enhances it. WTG on this one, it looks to be a new kind of butterfly or moth. :) SAS =^..^=

Lovely colors on these leaves Sam and this turned out very well considering facing into the sun. Good shot.

I like the angle of this shot SAM - the leaves gave you nice cover from the direct light. I frequently go around a blooming tree in circles until I find the spot that has just right light and perfect blossoms. Just last month a neighbor asked me if I had lost something when she saw me going round a crabtree! (a little more of my sanity perhaps! LOL)

Good idea circling the tree, it will throw your pursuers off the trail. Mind you it will also make you dizzy making so many trips. A nice capture of the underside of the maple, SAM. Good lighting and colours in the photo. WAS
