You've done a nice job of capturing the feeling of the changing seasons as the tree sheds its summer foliage. Also, good exposure and detail in the trees.

I think the soft blue/white sky contrasts well with the bare branches, but the rest of the tree overshadows the effect!

Nice exposure, and composition. Cloning out the bush and twig over on the lower right would be even nicer.

I quite like the composition, but know better to believe that the bare branches have had any leaves this summer !!! LOL
There is a tree over here [ a medium size oak] that dried up and has stopped to have new leaves for four years now. With the green bushes around it looks much the same.
Anyway - nice image and for others than secret agents, also true.
