d_spin_9 and i had a great idea to take a picture of light bulb bursting. So we spent around an hour setting up this light bulb in the cross hairs of his pellet gun, making sure to set it up perfectly with flash bouncing off the right things, with a perfect background and all that, since we were only going to get one chance, since once the light bulb has burst it has burst. Anyways, we finally were ready to take it, and the stupid light bulb didn't burst. The one we had must have some sort of break proofing or something because it held together quite well with just a bullet hole through it. So disappointed we took a few of the bulb. So here is one. Hopefully we will find some better bulbs and give it another go.

well its kind of interesting in its own right although i think it would have been better suited to monochrome. still, its a step up from your team broccoli photo shoot :-)

That would have been a kewl pic. Too bad we're all so protected now. I even saw a picture of a little girl on a skating pond where I used to skate and she was sporting a helmet of all things. I can't imagine...when's the last time you ever heard of anyone injuring themselves while ice skating? Well, maybe if they were playing hockey or skating with a light bulb in their mouth...you know the kind that doesn't shatter..don't mind me..the coffee hasn't kicked in yet..lol...great idea...sorry about the execution, though. lol...
