Great picture. The molting goat is perfectly in focus against the slightly blurred background and an interesting foreground too. You caught the moment.
Milo what a beautiful shot. Love how you framed it, it's wonderfully focussed, coloring and lighting are so pleasant, and, well, the subject is so curious too.. Into my favorites it goes. Thanks for sharing this. cheers, Quiet
well done, i'd say this is awesome, except i know that it was taken at the zoo, which takes away alot of the challenge. i suppose you managed all day without a tripod right? darn VR
drat, carl knows to much. I didn't want to spill the beans that i cheated and was at the zoo:P. But, yes it is true. It was in the Canadian Wilds section of the Calgary Zoo.
A friend of mine works in a camera store. The other day a very
confused looking woman approached the counter and handed my friend
a camera. She said "I took pictures, but I forgot to have film in
the camera. Can you please get them out of the camera for me?"
A very rugged...I'm just ignoring the truth and can see you stalking through the wild with your tripod in hand and up to your boot tops in muck and mud. No matter what, it's a terrific Natural shot!! :)
It doesn't matter to me where this was taken Milo, it surely shows how these furry animals get a new Spring coat! The way the animal is standing and your composition shows us just how rough it is to shed fur! Very well done and thank you for sharing this with me ;=)
