You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.
- Hermes
"To photograph is to hold one's breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It's at that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy."
~ Henri Cartier-Bresson
yes, I remember this one... and I like it just as before :) I love to watch sunsets and sunrises form airplanes, it's the one advantage to not being able to fall asleep lol. Thanks for sharing this :)
I don't remember it, so if you did post it, I'm just enjoying either for the first or second time..well, it wasn't in my sky faves, so I must have missed it...It's gorgeous and now I've got it I won't let it go. I don't think the window interferes at all..in fact in some ways it enhances the glows and glimmers from the setting sun.
You have to dream, you have to have a vision, and you have to set a goal for yourself that might even scare you a little because sometimes that seems far beyond your reach. Then I think you have to develop a kind of resistance to rejection, and to the disappointments that are sure to come your way.
