Fabulous capture with really great colours, clarity & composition Michael. Love the way you got the Washington & Jefferson Monument's plus the Capital building all in one shot, cograt's.

One thing that strikes me with this photo are the lines and diagonals. The left shoreline to the monument reflected back to the f/g, then meeting the curb and drawing the eye back to the rotunda or vice versa. All this needs is a wee bit of colour boost. A well thought out image that deserves a much better score imo.

This is a very nice composition. The combination of the three monuments and the water is really unique. The clear skies also makes the shot that much crisper and stronger.
