This photograph is of a ballerina pin in my mother's jewelry box. It’s quite old, as I’m sure you can tell—all of the sets are missing and the paint has rubbed off in several spots. Nevertheless, it’s always been one of my favorite pieces and I couldn’t resist posting this picture.

I hope to see more pics of your mom's jewelry box. In particular I would like to see more of this ballerina = in other words there is plenty of possibilities for you to try various compositions. Very charming image !!!

Very nice composition. I like the coins in the background, they add something. The only problem is the photo has some grainyness. Your ISO setting might be to high.
