I would suggest reducing the exposure (brightness) of the image so the colors are not so washed out looking. As presented, you cannot really see the sky. Just for fun I loaded a copy into Picasa, hit "I'm feeling lucky" and then raised the shadow strength a bit. The result was much richer greens though the sky is still too washed out.

A fine composition, only the lighting is overexposed, because of that the colors/details are lost and I agree with Jeff (Pistos) about the sky, I myself would have clonned out the cars too!

Just for the fun here too, I uploaded your picture and did some
re-work on your picture.
Did give it a blue sky, removed the cars and give it some more contrast.

It's always difficult to take picture on the middle of the day, cause the light isn't so good, it's better to use the evening or early morning light, but than again that's not always possible :o)

instead of cloning the pictures try just cropping the picture in photoshop or moving the camera to the left a bit and getting more of the tree
