I don't recognize the plant Mike, but it's strange - yet pretty.
Looks like it's being overpowered by the green leaves. Nice details. Marvelous what Mother Nature provides us with. A fine shot

Nice pic, it looks a lot like a wild variety of Clematis. In fact I think we have this type growing in our back yard in Kansas the seeds heads look just like this and the tendrils are covered in fine hairs.
