Wonderful image! I especially like the faded cityscape behind the clearer image of Ellis Island. The clouds also give it a softer touch than what you see in most cityscapes.

Its a beautiful sky, and the colours off the island jump out, but for me there is something missing to give it that WOW impact. Maybe more contrast.
