This is an old portion of The Great Pee Dee River, partially cut off from the main river many decades ago! It is known as the Dead River and that really fits now as the nearby boat landing is foolishly closed due to the Corona Virus!

I agree with Frank, it may not be busy but it is a lovely view and depth - love the reflections
