Having previously shot the steps of this fountain using the S3IS I went back with the Pentax and tried it again. I used a three stop nd filter to stretch the exposure times because even at night this square is very well lit. I did a little dodging on a ribbon of water flowing from the top left corner into the lower centre of the shot to enhance the angles for the eye, hopefully enough to have an effect without actually being noticeable.

Interesting visual imagery. Enjoy the flow of the water, details of the steps and especially the lighting. Somehow I'm now thinking of chocolate.
