I don't use borders much these days but this shot needed the wide aspect to maximise the effect of the lines but I still wanted it to fit on my computer screen, so I settled for the black upper and lower border, cheaper than changing my computer screen! I love the way the hills make a series of every larger wedges in from the left edge and then also from the right and the course of the Eucumbene River echoes the overall "direction" of movement in the image. This is one I'd put on my wall, even with the borders! See a different perspective and a sense of scale for this terrain HERE
